About This YogA'dventure

Join us as we get salty, refreshed and recharged on the beaches of El Salvador.

This YogA'dventure is for anyone looking to dive deeper into their own  practice

and into the rich culture of an undiscovered gem in Central America.  Taking in all angles of self-care, we are here to have some fun while we learn, grow and explore this special corner of El Salvador, and then finish the day with refreshing cocktail on the beach!

Dates- To Be Announced

Cacao Bonfire

Cacao is the raw bean used to make our favourite thing... chocolate! Pure Cacao is traditionally used

as a heart opening medicine in rituals of the ancient Mayan and Aztek civilizations. We will begin our week with

a welcoming ceremony led by our hosts from Mandala as a chance to get to know each other

and set intentions for your week.

Daily Yoga Classes

There will be 2 yoga classes daily, in variety of styles, scheduled to balance out the daily activities .

Invigorating Vinyasa flow - spice up our energy and build strength.

Yin - getting deeper into poses that elongate the muscles

Massage infused Restorative - allow the body time to recover and fully relax.

Massage & Reiki

This Adventure includes one treatment of your choice!

Deep tissue: unravel built up tension as we focus on the deeper layers of muscle tissue.

Relaxation: slowly unwind as your drift into a blissful state.  Long fluid movements

and light rocking encourage the muscles to melt and release.

Myofascial Cupping: A soft tissue therapy that encourages healing by using negative pressure. Creating space

in the fascia allows for blood and lymph to freely flow as well as toxins to be flushed.

Reiki: fall into a deep relaxed state where your body is able and guided to tap into its natural

ability to balance and restore itself at the physical, emotional and mental levels.

Organic Indigo Farm

As one of the two last organic indigo farms in the world, we will learn from the owner herself about this family run farm.

Rhina de Rehmann has dedicated her life to preserving this lost art form of cultivating Indigo. As we tour the land

we will learn the history of this once rare, bright blue dye, the magical plants it's derived from and leave

with your own personally designed and naturally died indigo garment.

Surf Lessons

Get wet and wild as we take to moving with mother nature herself! Lessons for all abilities are available.

Transportation and board rentals included.

Located right on the ocean in El Libertad, Mandala is a secluded resort with a rustic-chic design.

They are a sanctuary for life, good will and harmony in El Salvador.

Every aspect of design was made to mimick and honor nature; resulting in an productive and abundant system that intends to compliment local microclimates and ecosystems. The result is a nurturing and life giving environment, not only for humans, but for the countless life forms that live with and around us and the land.

They use these principles and theories of permaculture in the way we run and maintain our resort and farm.

Mandala’s layout was intended to follow the basic geometrical principles found throughout nature, resulting in a harmonious flow of energy that complements our surroundings and place.

Our eco-villas were designed and built to minimize the use of non renewable materials, whilst  increasing the use of locally sourced or reclaimed resources, such as cob and repurposed pallet wood.

The yoga deck is overlooking Comasagua River and surrounded by native plants and fruit trees. Come relax and tune into your breath under the calls of tropical birds and a warm sea breeze.

Exclusive Chef         Inspiring Food        Holistic Ingredients

All About The Eats...

For people who appreciate where their food comes from and those who enjoy innovative and creative cooking, Mandala pairs both things beautifully. We will be sampling produce and herbs grown right on the property's own permaculture farm, prepared by the executive chef.

Meet Chef Noel!

The executive Chef at Mandala Seafood Raw Bar & Grill, and exclusively ours for the duration of the Adventure.

Noel uses local, fresh ingredients to create dishes inspired by local cuisine but fused with modern holistic techniques to create nutritious and tantalizing dishes.

*While using local ingredients some fresh fish and seafood will be served, however, meals can be catered to dietary restrictions and allergies.
